REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN: We are asking Plungers to check-in at the MJM Bathhouse between 11:00AM - 11:45AM . This is a change from previous years. Once you check in, you can take a team photo in the Tent and get in line to go down to the beach to Plunge starting at 11:45AM. We are plunging one team at a time this year, rather than everyone at once.
WEATHER: We're keeping a very close eye on Friday's snowstorm and we don't expect it to impact Saturday's Plunge event. We will be mostly outdoors, so please dress warmly (winter coat, boots, hat, gloves) whether you plan to plunge or are just there to cheer on the plungers. We will have a tent on-site for people to gather but to mitigate any potential Covid risk, the tent will not be walled or heated.
Costume Contest: Once you've registered or checked-in at the Bathhouse, head over to the tent to take a Team Photo in costume! We won't be holding the Parade this year, but we will be giving out costume awards! Winners will be announced on Monday.
Plunge: Once you've registered/checked-in and taken your team photo, get in line to go down to the beach and plunge with your team starting at 11:45AM. We'll go over the safety guideline while your team is in line.
Awards will be announced on Monday, February 28th through our Wicked Cool News announcements on social media and via email. We'll be mailing out the physical awards for Top Fundraising Individual, Top Fundraising Team (by Category) and Best costume!!
