**We are expecting some challenges with the tides this year, so we are shuffling around the order of the event program to give us a better plunging experience with the tides. The overall event timeframe is not changing. Here is the timeline you can expect on Saturday:**

Get your most creative costumes ready, the Nantasket Polar Plunge here! Set at the Mary Jeannette Murray Bath House at Nantasket Beach, plungers will charge into the ocean waters to support Special Olympics. After the plunge, join us for some music and fundraising and costume awards! Grab your thrill-seeking, inclusion-celebrating friends and family, create a plunge team, and start fundraising! Those who fundraise $100 or more will receive a limited edition Polar Plunge long-sleeve shirt.
The Polar Plunge is about more than just a good time. By fundraising $100 or more, you are empowering over 14,000 Special Olympics athletes in Massachusetts to train and compete in the sports they love, sponsoring lifelong friendships and competitive spirits, and celebrating inclusion for individuals with intellectual disabilities on and off the playing field.
