Plunge in the Caribbean, with friends and family in your backyard, or in your simply in your bathtub at home - it's completely up to you! Make sure to register with us and fundraise at least $100 to score an awesome Polar Plunge Long Sleeve T Shirt! Be sure to tag us or send in any pictures of videos you may take so we can feature you on our socials.
The Polar Plunge is about more than just a good time. By fundraising $100 or more, you are empowering over 14,000 Special Olympics athletes in Massachusetts to train and compete in the sports they love, sponsoring lifelong friendships and competitive spirits, and celebrating inclusion for individuals with intellectual disabilities on and off the playing field.
