Due to immovable ice on the lake, we are going to be setting up our very own Bear Force One, mobile plunge unit, in the parking lot and plunging into a pool instead of the lake. The preparation for a pool plunge is the exact same as a lake plunge – bring a towel and a change of clothes, wear a pair of old sneakers or shoes while you plunge, and spend the night before getting excited to Be Bold and Get Cold for Special Olympics!

The Acton Police Department is partnering with The Law Enforcement Torch Run for their second annual Polar Plunge! Set at Nara Park, plungers will all run into the lake to support Special Olympics!
